Peach Preserves with Pineapple

7 cups chopped or mashed peaches
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple,
5 cups sugar
1 box (6 oz.) peach Jell-O®. 

      Combine peaches, pineapple and sugar in a saucepan; bring to a medium boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly.  Reduce heat, cook over low heat 15 minutes, stirring constantly.  Remove from heat, add Jell-O, mix well.  Pour into jars and seal.  Don't have to boil jars to make them seal.
