Sausage Bread with Frozen Dough

 
 
1 bag (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella or Italian blend cheese
1 loaf frozen bread dough
2 eggs
1/2 - 3/4 lb. Jimmy Dean® sausage (poster suggested sweet or hot instead of breakfast)
to taste: oregano, parsley. pepper, celery seed
 
      Heat oven to 350ºF (175ºC).  Brown and drain sausage. (sender stated she liked to let sausage cool a bit before mixing in eggs!)   Add eggs.  Roll out dough.  Spread sausage mixture.  Sprinkle with cheese.  Roll up.  Bake on cookie sheet 45 minutes.  Slice and serve.  Best when warm.  Makes 12 servings.
