2 lb. lean ground beef
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) each golden mushroom soup and
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) each golden mushroom soup and
cheddar cheese soup
1 pkg. (20 oz.) frozen French fries or tater tots
1 pkg. (20 oz.) frozen French fries or tater tots
Hamburger Topping:
to taste: catsup, mustard, pickles, nions, chopped tomatoes
Heat oven to 350ºF (175ºC).
Brown ground beef in a large skillet.
Drain off fat.
Place cooked meat in the bottom of a 9x13" pan.
Combine soups, spread over meat.
Sprinkle French fries on top.
Bake 45 - 55 minutes, or until fries are golden brown.
Garnish with hamburger toppings.
Makes 8-10 servings.
