If you like Sweet Potatoes, then your gonna like this :)
1-1/2 cups cooked & mashed sweet potatoes
1 stick melted Butter
1-1/2 cups sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 eggs, beaten
2/3 cup pet milk
juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 unbaked deep dish pie crust
Combine all ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350° F for 40 to 45 minutes. Test doneness with a toothpick or butter knife.
