Cucumbers In Sour Cream Salad

 

This is a delicious Salad

 

3 Med cucumber, thin slices ( 3 cups )

1 teaspoon Salt

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon distilled vinegar

2 drops of tabasco

2 tablespoons chopped chives

1 teaspoon Dill seed or fresh chop dill

1  Dash of pepper

Sprinkle the cucumber with salt.

Let stand 30 minutes.

Dry on paper towel.

Combine sour cream, vinegar, tabasco,
chives, dill seed and pepper.
Pour over cucumbers and fold well to mix. 
Chill well before serving .Garnish with fresh dill.
