JOANN'S DUMP CAKE

 

When I worked at The Olde Store, I made this at least once a week. Everyone loved it and a few customers enjoyed a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top while it was still warm ..yummm

 

1 #2 can crushed pineapple
1 can cherry, apple,strawberry or blueberry pie filling
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped pecans (opt.)
1 stick margarine

Spread the pineapple, juice included.
in a 9x12" pan.
Next, spoon the pie filling
on top and sprinkle the
dry cake mix over this.

Sprinkle the pecans over all
and dot with margarine.

Do NOT stir any of the ingredients.
Bake at 350* for 1 hour.

When done and cooled, top cool whip.
