1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 each green pepper, onion, (optional: yellow peppers)
1 cup catsup
1 tbsp. each mustard, vinegar, sugar
Grind green pepper and onion in food processor until soupy. Place all ingredients in a pot and simmer until thick. Serve on hamburger buns. Makes 4 servings.
Garnish with onions and pickles..
