CRISP PICKLES
4 qt. thinly sliced cucumbers
2 green peppers (1 2/3 cups)
1/2 cup salt
6 onions (about 6 cups)
3 cloves garlic
Combine above ingredients. Cover with ice tjat has been crushed and let stand for 3 hours. Drain well and remove garlic.
