Mexican Rice

 



 ½       Green Pepper  chopped


 3  tbsp  butter 

 1  can  Stewed Tomatoes, 16 oz


 1/2 tsp  Pepper


 3  cup  Cooked Rice
 
 

Cook and stir onion and pepper in butter till tender.

Stir in tomatoes, salt,pepper  and rice.

Simmer over low heat till heated through.
