Easy Apple Sauce

 
 
This is good and also fast.. yum
 
 
4 sm Fugie Apples peeled

1/3 c Water

Cinnamon or nutmeg to taste

Wash and slice apples into a 2 quart glass casserole dish. Add water and cover.

Cook 5-7 minutes until fruit is soft cooked but not mush. Stir in seasonings.
 
 Let rest 5 minutes before eating. Delicious warm or cold.
