Grilled Veggies

 
I love this as a light lunch durin garden season when the veggies are fresh and there are tons of them :)
 
 
Heat a Griddle or skillet with 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil and a Tbsp. Butter, then
 
Dice veggies into bite size pieces.
 
Yellow Squash
Zucchinni
Onions
Mushrooms
Garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
 
Turn occassionally until tender..
