SUGAR-FREE COOKIES

Beings I am a diabetic, I have to watch my sugar intake.. these are great little cookies, and you don't have to feel guilty.

1 c. oatmeal, not cooked

1/2 c. raisins

1/2 c. figs or dates, chopped

1/2 c. flour


1/3 c. peanut butter, crunchie or smooth


1 tsp. vanilla

1/4 c. water, cold

2 eggs, beaten

1 ripe banana, mashed

Mix all ingredients together. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes.
