BREAD

 
Place in bowl in order given:
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons hot tap water

1/4 cup oil

2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 cup granulated sugar 
1 pkg. dry yeast

1/2 teaspoon salt

Put in a greased bowl and stir well, let double in size. put on floured surface. Let stand 15 minutes. Knead till smooth and elasticly, shape and put into loaf pan butter top . Let rise 40 minutes to 1 hour.

Bake in 350 to 375 degrees F oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
 
 Butter top soon as it comes out of oven.
 
 You can make dinner rolls if you so desire..
