Torilla Chips ( Triangles or rounds )
Can Refried Beans
Cheddar Cheese , grated
1 small jar of pickled jalapeno slices
Take a chip and spread with refried beans. Put some cheese on that and stick in oven @ 400* just till cheese melts. you can put the jalapeno peppers on before you put in the oven but this will make them hotter ..
You can shred some lettuce real fine, and dice tomatoes to put on top when they are ready..
Wonderful plain or with the lettuce and tomatoes..
Another layer would be Sour Cream and :
3 Avacados peeled and seed removed
1/4 to 1/2 cup picante sauce
just stir it in and woohoo , Good Stuff .
