Corn Bread Stuffing

 
1 large loaf of stale bread

1 pkg. corn bread mix, baked as directed

10 cups broth - I like chicken broth
1/2 stick butter

3 raw eggs

salt and pepper

1 cup celery, chopped

1 cup onions, chopped

1 1/2 Tablespoon sage

1 1/2 Teaspoons poultry seasoning

3 hard boiled eggs
 
Pre-heat oven to 350*
 
Break up bread and cornbread and put in a lg bowl and
Mix all ingredients Put stuffing mixture in a dish and bake until done about 35 minutes or until lightly browned.
