Potato Soup

 

5 potatoes, peeled, cubed, boiled; set aside to cool

1 lb. bacon, chopped, fried, drained, rinsed to get all oil off

6 cups 2% milk. 
 (can add a bit more; if you don't want soup too thick this time)

1 clove garlic minced

1 pkg. onion soup mix.

1 cup each cauliflower, broccoli florets, cooked and chopped finely

to taste: pepper 

 
       Cook over a medium heat until it comes to just a boil.  Stir constantly
