Impossible Taco Pie


1 lb. hamburger
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 env. taco seasoning
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilis
1-1/4 cups milk
3/4 cup Bisquick®
3 eggs  
2 tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheese, Monterrey Jack or cheddar
garnish: sour cream
    Heat oven to 400ºF). 
 
 Grease a (10-1/2") pie plate.  Cook and stir beef and onions until brown, drain.  Stir in seasoning mix.  Spread in plate, top with chilis.  Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth, 15 seconds in blender, 1 minute by hand.  Pour into plate.  Bake 25 minutes.  Top with cheese and tomatoes.  Bake 8 - 10 minutes.
 
  Top with sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese.
