1 pkg. (8 oz.) reduced-fat cream cheese
1/2 cup each dried cranberries, chopped; chopped dried apricots
1 tsp. grated orange zest
Assorted crackers: (like Triscuits®)
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cranberries, apricots and orange peel until blended. Chill until serving.
Serve with crackers. Makes 1-1/2 cups Spread.
