Chicken and Rice Cassserole

 
 
8-10 oz. cooked chicken
½ c. chopped onion
¼ c. chopped cooked carrots
Salt and pepper to taste
1 T. flour
4 oz. California blend or broccoli
1 c. rice
½ c. skimmed milk

Mix all but milk and flour. Shake milk and flour and pour over the rice mixture. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
