Cheese Olive Balls


1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup flour, sifted
enough olives (see directions)

      Heat oven to 425ºF (220ºC). 
Mix all ingredients but olives, like a pie crust.
  Wrap each olive with mixture. 
 Spread little balls on a pan and freeze. 
 Bake 12 minutes.  Serve hot. 
 Can be kept frozen in a bag. 
 If only partial batch required,
 freeze remainder for another day.
