Spinach Casserole

2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked & drained
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion, chopped fine

Mix all ingredients and place in ovenproof baking dish. Top with bread crumbs
and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F. uncovered.
