Hummus


1/4 cup Tahini
16 ounces Garbanzos, cooked
2 cloves garlic - peeled
 5 tablespoons lemon juice
 3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons water

             Mix first 4 ingredients in food processor or blender. Slowly add olive oil.
             Check consistency. For smoother Humus add water slowly till desired
             consistency. Serve with pita bread wedges for dipping or as a veggie dip.
