Tammie's Garlic Mashed Potatoes

So GHood !!!

 

6 large potato, peeled and cut in quarters

 

1/2 cup milk, or enough to make the right consistancy

 

2 large fresh garlic cloves, chopped

 

1/2 stick butter

 

1/2 tsp salt

 

1/2 tsp. pepper

 

 

     Cook potatoes in boiling water for 20-25 minutes, or until tender. Drain.  Add milk, garlic and remaining ingredients to the potatoes. Mash until smooth.
