Peaches 'N Cream Pancakes

2 cups Bisquick® baking mix 
1 egg 
1-1/2 cups milk 
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar 
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 
1 can (29 oz.) sliced peaches, drained 
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped 

      Beat all ingredients except peaches and
whipping cream with wire whisk or hand beater
until well blended.  Pour by scant 1/4 cupfuls
onto hot griddle (greased, if necessary). 
 Cook until pancakes are dry around edges. 
Turn; cook until golden brown.
  Top with peaches and whipped cream.
