Spicy Avocado Dip


Prep: 10 min - Total: 1 hr 10 min

2 medium fully ripe avocados, peeled, pitted
1 container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/4 cup chopped green onions 
1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Ranch Salad Dressing & Dip Mix
1 Tbsp. lime juice 
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper


MASH avocados with fork or potato masher until smooth. 

ADD remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled. 

SERVE with Nabisco Crackers, cut-up vegetables or chips. 

Makes 24 (2-Tbsp) servings 

How To Take the mess out of Avocados: Cut avocados in half. Leaving the avocados in the peels, make crosswise cuts until you have small chunks of avocado in the peels. Scoop out the avocados into a bowl. This will make it not only less messy but easier to mash!
