Fried Cabbage


 

1/4 pound bacon, chopped
1 head cabbage, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic salt to taste


Fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet. 
 Cook cabbage and onion in bacon grease over low heat until tender. 
Mix in bacon bits and seasonings and serve.
