2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound mushrooms, sliced...
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and sauté for 1 more minute. Add mushrooms along with butter, pepper, salt and vinegar. Stir. Reduce heat to medium low. Cook 5 more minutes.
