My Sisters SHRIMP SCAMPI

My sister, Jerrie, gave me this one years ago. It's very good! She is no longer with us, but her recipe lives on forever!

•1 stick butter
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. parsley, chopped
1 lbs. medium-sized shrimp
½ c. white wine

Clean shrimp. Melt better in a saucepan. Add garlic powder and parsley.
 
 Add
shrimp and sauté for 2 or 3 minutes.
 
 Add wine and serve over hot rice.
