MEATLOAF TOPPED WITH BACON

 
I love bacon on anything, no wonder it is so good :)
 

2 pounds lean ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 cup chili sauce
1 egg
3/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1-cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper to taste
4 slices bacon

    Combine all ingredients except bacon and mix well. Shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish. Top with bacon slices and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until meat is fully cooked
