Another recipe from my sister Jerrie. Yummy!
1 cup flour
½ tsp. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 cup ice water
2 tbsp. oil
salt and cayenne pepper to taste
2 lbs. shrimp, peeled and de-veined
Oil for frying
Combine all ingredients except shrimp and oil.
Beat well. Dry shrimp and dip in
batter. Fry in hot oil until golden.
