Tiny Beef Pizzas

 

2 pounds ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1 small green pepper, cut in rings
2 cans (8 ounces each) refrigerated biscuits
2 cans (8 ounces each) pizza sauce
12 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
16 small stuffed green olives, sliced
1 can (2 1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained

Brown beef lightly in a frying pan; drain on absorbent paper and set aside. Season with salt. Add green pepper reings to frying pan and cook slowly 4-5 minutes; drain on absorbent paper. Roll out biscuits on a lightly floured board; cut into circles 4-5 inches in diameter. Place circles on a baking sheet; spread 1 tablespoon pizza sauce on each biscuit circle. Top biscuit circles with cheese and beef. Place green pepper rings on a third of the pizzas, sliced olives on another third and sliced mushrooms on the remaining third. Bake in preheated 400 degrees oven for 10-12 minutes.
