Beignet Mix

With packaged mixes getting so high these days I think it is time we take charge and say enough already.

 1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt


Mix all and pour into a jar or zip lock bag

Attach Tag:

 Beignet Mix

1/4 cup butter or margarine
3/4 cup water
3 teaspoons sugar

1 package Beignet Mix

4 large eggs

Vegetable oil -- for frying

Combine all until well mixed, heat veggie oil and drop by spoonfuls into hot oil, fry until golden brown.
