Pork Chops Mexican Style

 


4 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick, about 1.5 lb.
1 env. (1/4 cup) taco seasoning
1 tsp. vegetable oil
ootional: salsal

Rub pork chops on both sides with taco seasoning. Heat non-stick skillet over mediumm-high heat. Brush skillet with oil. Add pork chops, cook and serve with refried beans and a Salad.
