HOMEMADE VANILLA ICE CREAM
4 eggs beaten
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 can condensed milk
milk
rock salt or ice cream salt
mix beaten eggs sugar,vanilla and condensed milk until smooth
pour mixture into ice cream maker
add enough milk to bring mixture to fill line
cover and surround cylinder tightly with ice
pour salt on ice and start machine
ice cream will form in 30-45 minutes
