Spinach Apple Bacon Saladd


1 lb. baby spinach leaves

1/2 lb bacon, cooked, crumbled

1 apple, sliced thinly

Coconut Almond Dressing (purchase in fresh foods in larger markets)

       Combine baby spinach leaves, bacon crumbles, apple slices in a large bowl. 
 
 Then, toss mixture with Coconut Almond Dressing. 
 
 Or just drizzle dressing on top if preferred. 
 
 Serve  immediately.
 
  Makes about 4 cups.
