FRIED FROG LEGS



12 frog legs
1 cup of flour
1 cup of bread crumbs
1 egg
Salt and Pepper
1 stick of butter

Wash frog legs thoroughly. Refrigerate for 2 hours (covered). Rinse. Roll in salt and peppered flour. Dip in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs. Fry in butter until golden brown. Serve at once.
