Barbequed Meatballs

 
 
3 lb. hamburger
2 c. oatmeal
1 c. milk
1 c. chopped onion
2 eggs
½ tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder

Sauce:
2 c. ketchup
2 tsp. liquid smoke
¾ c. brown sugar
½ tsp. garlic powder

Directions

Mix and shape in balls and put into baking
pan in a single layer. Top with sauce. Bake
at 350 for 1 hour.

Note: These can also be canned. Bake at ¾
hour, put into cans and cold pack for 2 hours
.
