Artichoke Dip

 
It is time to start thinking about the holidays and all the stuff we want to cook/bake to make it a special time !
 
This simple dip gets a little extra flavor from the green chile peppers.You may want to use a little chopped jalapeno for a hotter artichoke dip.

1 can Artichoke hearts in water, not marinated
4 ounces mild green chiles, chopped
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Drain artichoke hearts and break apart. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

Serve with tortilla chips or assorted crackers.

Serves 4.
