Cocoa Colada

Two cans coconut milk, 14 oz. each
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
8 oz. chopped milk chocolate
Coconut rum, optional
Toasted coconut, optional

Bring coconut milk and water to a simmer over low heat. Add the 1/2 cup sugar and 8 oz. chopped milk chocolate and whisk to melt. Spike with coconut rum if desired and garnish with toasted coconut.
