Hamburger Rotel Dip

 
 
1 can diced Rotel tomatoes
I pound Velveeta cheese
1 pound ground meat

In medium saucepan, slowly melt chunks of Velveeta into Rotel tomatoes. In separate skillet, brown ground meat. Drain well. Mix ground meat into Rotel and Velveeta mixture.

Best when served hot with corn chips.
