Texas Barbecued Beef and Beans

 
 
Yummy!


1 1/2 c. finely chopped onion


1 - 8 oz. can  tomato sauce


1/2 c. picante sauce


2 T. cider vinegar

1 1/2 T. brown sugar


1 T. chili powder


2 t. Worcestershire sauce


1/4 t. black pepper


1 lb. Chuck Roast , trimmed and cut into Pieces


2 cloves garlic, minced


36 oz. can kidney beans, rinsed and drained



Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cover; cook on high for one hour.

Reduce heat to Low, and cook for 6 to 8 hours.
