I made these at the Olde Store and they are Tammie's favorite Biscuits :)
About 3 cups Bizquick type mix , more if you want a bigger batch.
Enough milk to make a soft dough, adding a little at a time till it looks like cake batter.
Add a cup of grated cheddar cheese or more if needed.
Use your judgement on the amount of inredients, I never measure so it is hard to say exactly how much of this or that..
Grease a muffin tin and fill to 3/4 full. Bake at 350* until golden on top.. about 20 to 25 minutes, depending on your oven..
Spread with butter and enjoy!
