Raspberry Granola Breakfast Bake

1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
4 tbs melted butter
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries (or other fruit)
3 cups granola
Maple syrup

Preheat oven to 350.  Spray a 9 inch round
or square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  Beat together egg, sugar, milk and butter. 
 Stir in raspberries and granola. 
 Pour in prepared pan and
 bake for 45 - 60 minutes, or until set. 
 Serve with maple syrup.
