Squash Dressing

2 cups each cooked mashed squash, cornbread crumbs
 
1 beaten egg

1 can (10-3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup or mushroom
 
1 tsp. each salt, poultry seasoning

1 medium onion, chopped

1/2 stick butter or margarine

 
       Heat oven to 350ºF
.  Sautè onion in butter.  Mix other ingredients and add onion.  Bake in oven about 20 minutes.
