My Mama's Meatloaf

 
 
1 1/2 pound lean ground beef
 
4 or 5 slices white bread,
 run under wate to soften then squeeze water out...smush it with meat mixture really good.
 
2 small can Tomato Sauce
 1 can in the meatrloaf the other 1 can on top after shaped into loaf.
 
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
 
salt and pepper to taste
 
2 egg, beaten

 

Mix ingredients together gently with hands.
Form into a loaf and place in baking dish or loaf pan. Top with other can of tomato sauce. Bake at 350° for about  1 hour.
