1 box Ritz® crackers
1 jar each peanut butter, marshmallow cream
1 box chocolate bark
Spread peanut butter, then marshmallow cream onto Ritz crackers. Sandwich them. Melt chocolate bark in microwave or double boiler. Dip sandwiched cookies into chocolate, covering both sides. Place cookies on waxed paper and allow to harden. Store in airtight container Makes 68 cookies.
Note: If you put paper or silpat on a cookie sheet and place it in freezer 5 minutes, cookies harden up faster!
