Cream of Tartar Bizits

My favorite thing to bake is breads, be it Bizkits,Breads, Rolls or Cornbread.. Gotta Love It..
 
2 teaspoons of cream of tartar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 quart of flour
1 teaspoon of soda
2 tablespoons of shortening

Sift the flour, salt, soda and cream of tartar together.  Work the shortening into the dry mixture and mix until a soft dough is formed with sweet milk.  Roll out and bake in 450 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
