Glazed Carrots

1 lb. carrots, peeled. sliced
20 sprays I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spray Original, divided use
1 tbsp. pure maple or pancake syrup, optional
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley 

      Cover carrots with water in 2-qt. saucepan.  Bring to a boil over high heat.  Reduce heat to medium-high and cook 8 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain well.  Spray carrots with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spray Original and remaining ingredients.
