Garden Vegetable Spread


2/3 cup Ricotta cheese
1/2 cup chopped, mixed, raw vegetables (carrots, celery, peppers, radishes)
1 tbsp. chopped green onions
1-1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. Tabasco® Hot Sauce
to taste:  salt and freshly ground pepper 

      Combine all ingredients; refrigerate to blend flavors.  Store, covered, in refrigerator up to 5 days.  Serves as a spread for a variety of crackers, bagels, muffins or toast.
