Sweet Potatoe Casserole

  ingredients: 3 cups sweet potatoes cooked  1 cup sugar  2 eggs  1/2 cup milk  1/2 cup melted butter  1 tsp. vanilla  1 TBS. pumpkin pie spice  

mix together put in buttered casserole dish

       Topping

  1 cup brown sugar  1/3 cup melted butter  1 cup chopped pecans  

crumble mixture over top   bake at 350* until brown & bubbly on top.  add marshmellows optional put in to brown serve
